What a pleasure to deal with, fantastic customer service, fast response to questions, a beautiful cake that tastes amazing, everyone complimented the look and taste of our cake. I needed a dairy free cake for my daughters 1st birthday and i contacted Jon to see if it was possible and to price up the cake. I had quotes from other places but it was Jons cakes reviews, and the cake designs that swayed me. I can honestly say Ive never dealt with a more professional company, Jon made me feel like he really cared about me as a customer. He needed at least 2 weeks notice and once I places my order I was asked to complete a questionnaire to confirm what I wanted, daughters name, what flavour etc that way the had clear written instructions to follow and pay a deposit. I wish i could give 10 stars, we loved our daughters cake and I will be using Jon in the future. Highly recommend.

Weve just had our wedding cake consultation and tasting, we are very excited to see how Jon brings our dream cake to life in a few months. We got to try around 6 varieties and found it difficult to chose as they were all delicious. The whole process was professional and the cakes tasted delicious.
