I have had nothing but problems with this company. They are used by Family Martial Arts in Chester to manage the standing orders, but since signing up, they have taken incorrect amounts, not taken payments at all, setup standing orders wrong and when you try to sort it out, no-one ever answers the phone or replies to e-mails and you need to keep constantly chasing them.Now I find that Family Martial Arts have never told them to cancel my account, even though I have told them both directly. Total shambles from start to finish.
