Very difficult to conduct business with. One particular member of staff particularly billigerent. Just folds his arms and turns away from you, points to the computer and his voice is quite aggressive. Avoided reading any evidence I gave him on two occasions. Young guy at the back of the store did try to help but the printer was broken. Despite two visits now, I left without a new registration plate. My local garage has arranged to fit would fit a new plate this p.m.
Been in this morning with a puncture and the cycle department were really helpful. Went out of their way to get me back on the road. Thanks bury store

Wasted 3 hours of my life.I wanted to try out one of their electric bikes. Told there was no battery in the bike and to come back tomorrow.Came back the next day. I had to go back home to get ID which they should have told me about the first time, but understandable.Then when I get back Im told the bike wont work.
