Sons car went in for a part fitting on 16th Jan and had it till the 31th jan still not had the part fitted, my son has a black box fitted and I checked his dashboard app and he had a really bad score so I phoned his insurance on 2nd Feb to see what was happening. I was told that I was lucky I phoned them as his insurance was going to be cancelled, I told them it was in the garage and asked why his score was so bad and asked them if the car had been driven, they told me yes and the only days it hadnt been was on the 28th and 29th of jan, it was also driven after there dangerous times (after 11.30pm) i now have to try and prove that the garage had his car and they will reset his bad score, bury vehicle say I have to proof it was driven and I have no proof so now my son whos 19 and in Africa with the army is going to come home to a car his is no longer insured with STAY CLEAR

I thought its only fair leaving a review based on our experience over the last three years.Both myself and my wife have been getting our cars washed / valeted from here for the last three years.I would typically get my car washed every weekend due to the huge motorway mileage I do and a mini valet every fortnight (breakfast and dinner on the move). I can say without any reservation that my car has always been cleaned to a very high standard.The staff are friendly. We are relocating due to work, but have told all our friends about this car wash.Alex
Absolutle appalling service had my car a week and then got took oit of this garge as was given lie after lie i wouldnt trust this garage ever and trading standards have been notified
