Lovely parish church with a very good choir and organist.
One of the Greatest place's you should go and visit and experience the sound of really great Big Brass Band playing The sound is exceptional with the acoustics of this building. What ever we do we must support this church because even a choir sounds good. I had the pleasure of The Black Dyke Brass Band. I will be going again next time
Lovely if very cold evening there. Was so peaceful in the church. Really enjoyed listening to the children and church choir singing Christmas songs
A beautiful place and, at the time of our visit, it was decorated to remember the WW1 centenary, during the remembrance period. My son was moved to tears when he saw the perspex silhouettes of figures, randomly placed in the pews, signifying lost loved ones. Very thought provoking..as it should be
Such a beautiful place of worship. Well worth visiting especially this week while there is a Christmas Tree Festival. Can recommend the coffee and teacakes in the cafe too!
