Ordered some earrings for my nieces birthday reserved on line no problem asked Husband to collect them while I was working. When I got them they where just in a clear bag not in a jewellery boxed which it showed they should be presented in and only one set of earring back's not 2 . Went to the store to get the issue sorted , seen pretty much strait away but on explaining my issues the young lady offered me a refund as they had no more in stock but asked for a box and and the stud back for the earrings so she went off to get her manager for these items I should of had before. Ten minutes later I got my items, asked if they sold gift bags to be told yes they are 50p so payed on my card for it . Another 20 minutes waiting for gift bag then apology from the manager for it taking so long, explained they couldn't find the gift bag in the stock room. Although even I know these are kept at the jewellery counter which is about 10 steps away from where she was . Fair to say not a happy customer will stick to warren James in future ..
