Ordered a spray of agreed 3 bright specific flowers for a funeral at a cost of 160. We collected on route and my partner placed them in the car. Upon arriving the spray did not contain 3 flower types only 2. This was not advised at collection. When we called we were advised the other flowers did not arrive in time despite the other flower being on display when we collected!! We called the florist to state the flowers in no way represented the value nor the missing flowers. We were advised by the florist it does represent the value due to the lillies etc...which were part of our original order. We were offered a complimentary bouquet which we declined as the point related to the poor experience and not what we ordered for a very special friend. A lot of claims of sympathy till the point of payment but not reflected post payment for poor service and quality of product!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star! Waited nearly 2 weeks to have door bow fitted, chased several times, now have been advised it cant be done - customer service non existent.I do have sympathy but you knew this before accepting the job!!
