I had a problem with my front door lock so called Authorised Access to discuss how best to remedy the problem. A very helpful gentleman told me exactly what I needed and how to go about it. I visited the showroom where he built me a customised lock there and then. He then went to the trouble of showing me how to install the lock which saved me having an engineer come out to install it. First class customer service. I can't recommend Authorised Access highly enough.
I was desperately searching for a locksmith when I found these guys. Dave was very helpful in giving advice. My dodgy doors were fixed and locks carefully replaced by Lee, a great guy, who patiently fixed them to ensure they worked perfectly and smoothly. Lee also replaced some missing window handles.
