Cheaper than Odeon so worth travelling from Rochdale if there are a few of you. It is always clean and tidy, especially the toilets. Very close to food outlets if you fancy eating before or after.After revisiting I wouldn't change my rating - friendly, polite staff that do a great job.
On Wednesday 16th, my partner and I went to Vue in Bury. We were attended to by Sam, who was very polite and helpful, after I had finished the transaction I remembered that I had forgotten to use my meerkat 2 for 1 code. I mentioned it to Sam and he offered me a refund so I could use the voucher code. I was unsure whether to do so because I didn't want to cause a fuss but he reassured me it wasn't a problem. Brilliant customer service skills and we had a great time. Will definitely be visiting again.
Enjoyable experience here as always. The only problem was the queues were awful for the snacks. It took us nearly half an hour to get served. Only a small fraction of the tills were open so it could have been avoided. The seats were comfy and it doesnt feel scruffy like some other cinemas
Lifts and escalators get you to the second floor. Plenty of films to choose from and prices are 4.99 for any film. Cinema, toilets and corridors all really clean. Helpful staff at the food and ticket counters. Seats are comfortable have decent legroom.
Fantastic Film, just a pity you charge so much for a bag of fruit pastels. 3-49 the same thing at the supermarket is 1, makes me wonder how you come up with these prices. Just takes the edge of an enjoyable evening at your Cinema.
