Delta Physio was wonderful for me. I pulled my hamstring and was really struggling with my day to day life, let alone playing sports. The physio appointments combined with Jack's gradual, planned, step-wise return to exercise got me fit to play a really important hockey match and back to full fitness soon after. Jack was understanding, thorough and professional. Hannah was so friendly and helpful and despite me working shifts and being disorganised they always managed to come up with a solution. I would (and will) recommend Delta Physio to everyone.
Having suffered from severe back pain for 6 weeks, I decided to do something about it. With Delta being local to me, it was the obvious choice. After the first session I was feeling a lot better. 3 sessions later and I am 98-99% recovered. Friendly service, always happy to help. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Delta Physiotherapy, all the staff are extremely friendly, the facilities are excellent, and there's a good car park.Jack worked with me to reduce the pain I was suffering in my knees, but understood my need to continue playing sports, and worked around this. The improvement has been fantastic, and I am extremely grateful for all his hard work.
This physio has excellent facilities and very friendly and professional staff and service, they looked after me from my first email to my last visit. I visited Jack here a number of times for help with a bad back and he was fantastic! He is friendly and very knowledgeable, and was very open and honest from the first visit about how many I would need and never pushed me to have more than necessary. He also helped reduce my pain dramatically! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of physiotherapy.
Great service from a really friendly team! Had treatment here for two different sports injuries now (caused by my own stubbornness!) and had a really effective treatment plan each time. Great availability too - I was always able to get an appointment after work. Definitely my physio of choice!
