Why oh why have we not eaten here before!.First time Wednesday and what a lovely welcome as soon as we arrived. Authentic Thai fresh cooked food, served piping hot, with a smile.I ordered Chicken Pad Num Prik Pao with Jasmine rice. Mr W had Chicken Chilli Noodles. Inc 2 large coffees, all for 16, so good we had to go again Friday.Tried starters this time, Thai fish cakes and spring rolls. Mains-Beef Pad Ginger with Fried Rice for me, again Mr W Chicken Chilli Noodles. With coffees all for 20. So reasonably priced, substantial amount of food with lots of choices. Its going to be a regular place for us from now on. Don't expect damask linen on the tables or best China crockery-just really good fresh food, served with a brilliant Thai smile.
Authentic Thai food expertly prepared by smiling, accommodating staff. At around 6 for a curry or noodle dish, reasonably priced too. The amenities are basic, with the only toilet facilities accessed by walking through the kitchen. Still my favorite Thai outside of Thailand.
My wife an I have been visiting Thai Corner every week since April 2018 and gradually working through their Thai menu. Every single meal has been outstanding, some spicy hot ( crispy chicken salad) to outstandingly tasty Choo Chi duck.Every visitor we have staying with us has accompanied us and all have asked to come again.Simply, tasty Thai street food, nothing ostentatious, cafe tables (Formica) and lovely, nice ladies cooking and serving the food.All food cooked fresh, so on market days, you might have to wait a few minutes.We thoroughly recommend the Thai Corner Cafe.
Excellent lunch today. Thai curry delicious, all day breakfast fantastic. All freshly cooked.
Great little place. Really good authentic Thai food and really decent prices too. Highly recommended the Tom Kha soup for starter. Big juicy prawns, broth is rich and complex. The mains are great too. I especially love the spicy salads and the yellow curry. You can get a nice Thai meal and drink for under 15. Drink wise I highly recommend the mango juice
