I had a tile roof fitted by this company in 2015. At the time it wasn't raining but as soon as they had finished and the bad weather arrived, we discovered leaks in our small extension and larger part of my house. The water was pouring in and running down the inside walls in both parts of the house causing damp. Having contacted Lovatts, I was told this was due to the extremely bad weather and the walls where acting as sponges soaking up the water. This was incorrect. Since then, we have had to replace the plaster two of the ceilings the cause being badly fitted lead work. Having had to do the repair work ourselves we now seemed to have cured the problems, at a cost to us.Having informed Lovatts that we were in the process of sending them an invoice they replied and refused to refund. We personally think they are unprofessional and couldn't care less about the customer once they have been paid. STAY AWAY!!
