I love it here and wish my schedule (work/kids!) Would allow for me to come more often... every day if I had my way!! All staff are lovely as well as being very professional and knowledgeable
Great yoga experience
Simply the best hot yoga studio in the world, run by the most caring and awesome people. If you have an ache or pain and want to optimise your body I would start here. I've tried lots of yoga places over the years and this was the first that I really enjoyed. Now I can't imagine life without it.
Some brilliant instructors here at Evolve, in particular Laura B, her classes are always so welcoming, she gets the balance just right between a good work out and relaxation! Love coming here....Thanks for the Yoga!
