lucky if they even answer the phone
I have been a patient for years when it was in the old building across from the Parish Church. Over the years there have been some brilliant doctors and then there are some that can be abrupt and unhelpful, that people try to avoid. That happens within all medical centres.On the whole, they are professional and at least they have a doctor's triage system for daily appointments instead of receptionists who don't have a medical degree.
Joke of a doctors would'nt advise anyone to go here as they have you waiting well past your appointment time and also you dont always see your preferred doctor ie explaining over and over again am sick of it now and the final straw today is i now have to go 2 days without any medication as its my fault i dont want to see a diffrent doctor think bardoc will be seeinge from now on.
I don't have any problems with the practice, everybody is very friendly and helpful.
I'd give 0 star if I could. Some nice Drs but never ever seen on time. Currently sat in waiting room half hour after appointment for baby injections trying to entertain a 3 year old and 9 week baby. The 3 year old saying "had enough now" sums it up
