Bury Howden's branch are Superb! They provided a full kitchen plan and design after visiting my kitchen for survey. Their knowledge and advice was second to none and provided a fast turn around from design to delivery. Thoroughly happy with my new kitchen!

We have dealt with the Buxton branch, unfortunately. After measuring, designing the kitchen they supplied the incorrect size of work tops. Left for 2 days without water or sink, we then had to ring round to find the correct ones. I called their shop to find out the cost so that we could try and find the same price. The 'Manageress' quoted the incorrect amount by more than double, something that Howdens will not now honour. Their only obligation is to collect the wrong work tops and issue a refund at whatever they say it should be. Basically they do not want to know - customer service is rubbish - Did you know they were MFI ? If I had known would not have touched them.
