Fantastic service again! This is the second time I've used The Art House, initially last year we needed a bed for my son so I tried them again as mine & hubby's needed upgrading. Bed was exactly what we wanted and looks and feels great! I was dealt with by Craig who did a sterling job providing great customer service. Very professional, knowlegeable and prompt with excellent service.I would definitely recommend this company.
Very disappointed paid out 700 for a single and double bed and didn't get what i asked for was sent a cheaper version of the headboard that i had chosen, the one i was sent wasn't even on display in the shop and was led to believe id get a footboard. Admitably i didn't complain until a few weeks later due to serious illness and requiring oxygen but on return to the shop was told nothing can be done as id left it to long, its left me angry as i feel i should have got what i ordered in the first place and i wouldn't use or recommend this shop again.
Excellent products at great prices. Always new stock in.
