Fantastic gym.. Joined in 2012 and since then lost over 13stone and gained lots of muscle mass.. The members are friendly and the staff are great to talk to and have vast knowledge of body building and dietary advice.. ... Old school body building gym that has everything you need to get that desired aesthetic look or raw power...... 10/10
One of the best gyms around, the members here are so friendly it's more like a club than a gym lol. OK, it's a weight training gym with a few boxing bags but this is a gym where you know you've been to a real gym and trained hard and put yourself thru your pace. Definitely one to visit and if you like to train as if you've been in a rocky gym, this is the gym.
Brilliant gym no distractions. Plenty of space to train this is the gym to go to get them gains. I've been to all the gyms around and this is by far the best for gains.
