Would like to clear up a review that was made by a family member of mine.I got married at the bolholt on 19.01.19 and had the most amazing day. Yes there were a few issues with my hog roast but they were offered to be corrected at the time which I did decline. The staff were amazing and Asher went above and beyond to make my day as perfect as it could be. Beautiful venue and amazing staff. Thank you!
Have been in here a few times. They have a well equipped gym area and leisure facilities including a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Set in large grounds it is quite popular for events including Weddings, Christmas and New year events. Restaurant is very nice and staff are always on hand if needed. Overall very good
Lovely place to stay but reception said no need to book a table and then bar staff were put out when I asked for a table as I hadn't booked. So next time I will insist on booking my table on arrival. Food very good and room very comfortable. Nice to be able to use the swimming pool and gym which is a short walk from the hotel.
Lovely grounds, quiet location. The breakfast was everything and more that you could think of. Service was good and the lady showed me to the table. The room and ensuite was clean in good working order.Lovely friendly staff.The leisure complex was absolutely lovely and the beauty salon doing all manner of treatments as well as hair was fantastic.I had a facial and full body massage. 5* experience.The bar and lounge area was friendly and the fire was on. Lush lush lush. Beer was cheap happy days x
I stayed at the Bolholt for one night as a friend was celebrating her 60th birthday and so a large number of us enjoyed an excellent night in one of the function suites and quite a numbers of us stayed the night at the hotel. From the first moment of arrival until checking out the next day the service and manner of all staff was faultless. The guest room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and warm. The self serve breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The staff in the breakfast room were most helpful and welcoming.
