Standard premier inn room. Clean, nice bed. Breakfast is good, all you can eat with a selection of cooked food, toast, fruit, cereal etc . Staff are really friendly here and the hotel is right next to the Bury Metro so easy to get into town (30 mins).
Having travelled a fair distance to get here, I was eager to order my food, eat and head to bed (at 7:25) so not spectacularly late. However, I was left waiting for ages between getting the menu and ordering as well as finally getting my meal and waiting for the staff to clear it away. There's plenty of staff here- but nowhere to be seen.Room is fine- standard premier inn- always clean and comfortable. Will have to plan an hour breakfast for tomorrow if this is the rate of speed the staff work at -.-
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet room with a good clean double bed and bathroom. The sofa bed and the chair upholstery had seen better days but were acceptable.Good security and a guest lounge. Buffet breakfast is good value. For evening meals, I'd walk the 5 to 10 minutes into town next time.
Nice homely feel to this hotel that you dont get in London. We arrived a few minutes late for breakfast when we got to Bury but Debbie made us feel welcome allowed us to join after our long journey. Very central hotel to local restaurants and tram. Would definitely use again if I come to Bury. Thank you.
Contemporary building, very clean, friendly,helpful staff, food ordered at dinner for two was very poor in terms of taste, presentation and price but the breakfast in the morning was delicious, well cooked and presented. Rooms are nice. In comparison to other premier inns I have stayed in there was no telephone, no spare pillows, no room service but none the less it was a very pleasant overnight stay and very quiet and peaceful. Also the hotel was not crowded the night I stayed. I would definitely stay there again.
