Got there early and had no problem parking in one of the blue badge holder spaces. Got back to the car later to find some tw@ had parked between my car and another badge holder's vehicle leaving me to struggle greatly to climb over through the passenger side across to the drivers seat. I guess the parking attendant doesn't work after 6pm or so.
