Lovely little shop with everything you need, post office, fresh sandwiches and cakes, butchers, and general store, friendly and easy to use.
The old(lady) staff is not helpful at all.I wanted to borrow her pen to write a number, she told me you have to buy from shelf and pay for it and she made me to go at the end of the long queue again just for buying a pen!!!!Im not happy at all for such an attitude

Staff are great served me early when did not have to, as for previous review about untrained staff everyone has to to learn.
Unfortunately Post office at unsworth are using staff not fully trained.This has resulted twice in quick succession that the bar code for tracked return postage has been inputted manually and both times wrongly inputted.This means my item cannot now be tracked and as such my refund are not issued .It creates a lot of problems due to pure negligence on post office staff.They should be fully trained before let lose in general public as they are responsible for correct return procedure which is not happening.
