Not had any problems with my ebay parcels. It's one of the better post offices in the area.

Went to the phone shop inside the postoffice on friday to get me phone fixed he said he will have it done that day he came and dropped off my phone at 8pm that night and when he passed me the phone the screen was hanging off and I said what are you going to do abut it he said i needes to leavr it a few hours for the glue to dry and he jput tape around it in then when to a few shops on Saturday to see why my brightness wouldn't go dark I was then told it's because it a copy screen (not a proper Samsung one) I then when back to the shop to day (Tuesday 29th May 2018) and I said the him I wasn't happy about the screen and that I wasn't happy he didn't tell me that the screen was a copy I then asked for my money back which ending up me having an argument with him he then tuck the phone right out my hand and started taking the screen off I asked him a few time I want me phone back he just kepted refusing I then got the money and my phone back in two half's ( the back of the phone and the screen ) I then walked out and had to buy my self a new phone which left me loosing pictures of my son.. don't go to phone matster( in the post office bury) he rippes people off trading standers will be called in the morning
Took my phone to have the screen repaired. They were over priced, but for convenience, decided to go with them. They installed an inferior screen to my iPhone, which is noticeably a poor copy of the Apple original. Following this, after the repair, it became clear that the phone had developed issues, whilst under their supervision. The phone would no longer charge. This would be fine except when i took the phone back to the shop, they outright denied any responsibility. They said they would repair the fault, as it was common and would cost 15. I begrudgingly accepted. It took a week for them almost to get the phone back to me, at which point they charged 65 to get the phone back. The single worst experience i have ever had with any business ever!!!. If i could 0/5 star i would. Avoid at all costs. The post office itself, seem okay. Have no problems with their service. Phone guy is atrocious. A regular con merchant.
Used them again today. The gentleman behind the counter can't remember his name was so nice. It's always a pleasure to meet really genuine and happy people. He made me smile the way he was dealing with the lady in front of me. Very funny as he counted the money.
