I asked the company to come out to fix my leaking gutters as they were leaking on the joint at the front and the back. They came out the first time and gutter was still leaking at the back so asked them to come out again. I asked them a further two times to come out as it was still leaking and the problem still wasn't rectified and the back gutter had not been touched. On the fourth occasion, I asked them to come round when my partner was in so we could discuss further but they did not bother to attend and when my partner rang and spoke to Jason apparently the job wasn't worth their time and it was a larger job than originally quoted! He also recommended we speak to our neighbour about it! We told him we had paid for the work regardless of which side the gutter is on and it's not our fault they didn't quote the correct amount for the job that needed doing. We got a refund because D Shaw Roofing Services clearly didn't want to bother with a smaller job.
