I followed Kaye from her previous because she has been so lovely with my furry family, especially a very challenging sharpei who despite my boo being aggressive through fear, she was still on the floor with her being lovely because she doesnt take it personally. This attitude is hard to come by. Reception staff always swoon over my pets. Twice I had to change my appointment because my cats didnt return and everyone was lovely about it. My cat weed in her carrier and they fixed it. If only they were open longer over the weekend it would be perfection but theyre pretty close
Whenever I go to this vet practice I feel welcomed and valued by the reception staff and by my vet, Ian Ross. I know that my cats will always get the best possible treatment

Couldn't thank Bonhams in Ramsbottam for their care after our much loved puppy Archie became ill, they ver quickly diagnosed the problem and although its something which needs to be regularly medicated till he can have an operation we know that we are well supported by the team.
Good vets. Have used them over the last 30 years and wouldn't go elsewhere.
