I can't thank the Service Team enough at RRG Kia Bury, especially Alex & Toni.Can you imagine my surprise and delight when I was told that i didn't have to pay for the issue I had brought the vehicle in to have fixed, because they had covered it under the second to none warranty that Kia provides.They had to order parts and I had a short wait for them to be delivered but I was kept informed of the progress on a regular basis. Keep up the great work guys and I'll be seeing you again soon for my first service..!!
