In terms of the buying process (I only brought the car today so can't comment beyond that yet) Mercedes Benz Whitefield were excellent. I dealt with John Rushton from start to finish, driving up nearly 300 miles to buy a car based on pictures /video and John's word on the condition and everything was as promised. No issues with the agreed trade in price on my old vehicle. John even came in on his day off to complete the purchase. Recommended!

Very pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the brand, but there was no pressure; the well presented vehicles are allowed to sell themselves.We were helped by Martin Kay, who was helpful and patient as we struggled to choose between two cars, and he managed to bring both in at the same price to make it a simple matter of preference.The car was ready for collection very quickly, and again, Martin took the time to ensure we were happy with the car before driving away.Highly recommended.
