Head Gasket, Vauxhall Corsa5 star service has gone above and beyond for me, will deffo be using again it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that doesn't want to rip you off. Would recommend brook street to everyone. Responsive to texts and phone calls what more can you ask for. Cheers I'll add you guys to my Christmas card list
Tried this garage after reading reviews. And even though was a bad one was worth trying as all customers experience different.Was well worth rhe risk. Car was picked up on truck and returned within time frame. All jobs carried out fine. So please dont be afraid to try u will be happy with work
Just an update on this, this garage works with DC Motors, 2 companies that share a garage, share a home and are in law related.While scrolling through Google reviews, I was prompted to leave a review of this garage after waiting 6 months for a van to be repaired... yes, 6 months!Within a few hours of this review I had a very threatening phone call from the owner about the review. Giving me "24 hours" to remove my vehicle from their yard.Due to the tone of this call, my review stands, regardless of the original review intended for DC Motors. I could not recommend anyone use either business.If the business owner had simply pointed out the mistake, I would have removed the review.The phone call was recorded for personal purposes (fully legal as an individual), after pointing this out, I was threatened with the police but the owner agreed I could share the recording wherever I like on the call.I would highly recommend steering clear of this garage and DC Motors (aka Crompton Vehicle Repairs) and truly hope they discontinue trading. If you watch Watchdog, you'll have seen more reputable garages on Rogue Traders.
