After years of being ripped off by incompetent and very expensive main dealers, I decided to take my car to John for its annual service - he was highly recommended to me. Best decision I ever made - John is very easy to deal with, friendly, honest and knowledgeable and very fair regarding price. I wish I'd kicked the main dealer cowboys into touch years ago - from now on, John gets all my business and I will recommend him to my customers without hesitation.
Fantastic and trustworthy would be my summary. Despite John specialising in German marques, I've taken several frankly terrible budget cars to John there over the years and he's always looked after me and kept them safe and reliable.
