Went for an interview here as a driver (which I got) before realising it's the sister company to a car sales company that sold me a mini cooper s a few years ago. Let's just say the car was bad and the after sales was dreadful.....can't say much more without swearing as I lost nearly 6000

Shocking encounter with this company. I ordered an orbital sander and the wrong item was dispatched. Easy mistake which I understand can happen. They said they'd sort it out for me. Nothing happens. I then learn they sent my sander to somebody else and they were waiting for that customer to post it to me on their behalf! I pointed out this was crazy and asked for a refund.They said they'd sort it straight away. Nothing. Multiple phone calls and promises to sort it over a month until it's finally sorted.
