An amazing group of friendly dentists and reception staff who are organised and always look after their patients. Im always made to feel comfortable at every appointment and informed throughout all my treatments despite how scary they may seem, Im always put at ease! I can rest assured that my teeth will be well looked after.
Great care and a wonderful team of dentists. A successfully run practice; efficient, organised and good time management. I always leave feeling happy that my teeth are being well looked after, by my dentist but also myself - as they offer me advice on how to maintain good dental care. I have been going here forever, and would never change!

I had been going to KNOWSLEY DENTAL since 1995 , then my wife since 1997 and of course all family. We had tremendous experience but since last 10 years or so, services are gone really poor! My own dentist won't pay much attention as she had gone part time. Despite my Mrs regular attend appointment and bringing to their notices about fillings, they leave u in pain. Pay 59 for treatment but after a week or so filling will come out... Go again they take your tooth out!!!! My Mrs lost two teeth this way and we are seriously considering changing dentist. No one their care at all... No one northern..very poor!!
Had 3 appointments here now all 3 were extremely behind schedule. Went for my third witch was 45 minutes late with another person they pushed infornt of my appointment still waiting before me (this was 10am) how can you fall nearly a hour behind work by 10am. I waited 6 weeks for the appointment then got told I'd be seen but I had to leave because and had other engagements they said they dont have a date to rebooked the appointment they said they'd ring me, heard nothing from them the same day. If I'm paying good money (hundreds for a root canal) I at least expect to be treated with some respect or shown that I'm valued, I don't feel at all from this company.
