Had 2 terrible experiences with a dentist here making me genuinely question his credentials as a dentist.Went in with a toothache, he poked it and said I dont know what is wrong with it, but you can come back in 2 weeks and have it removed..I have since spoken to 4 professionals (2 of which were dentists themselves) who were all shocked that it was handled in such a way.Managed to see a real dentist who took an x-ray and spotted the cause of pain instantly, asking (with a raised eyebrow) You saw a dentist today, and this is the first youre hearing about this problem? Did your dentist not give you an x-ray?.I have now been given a temporary anistetic filling and will receive proper treatment soon, without my tooth being needlessly pulled out.

Had feet up on the counter and was texting when I walked in for my appointment. Acted like he couldn't be bothered doing his job and as if I was disturbing him - doesn't help when I am an anxious patient. He didn't have a clue what was going on with my treatment plan because I was refused an appointment with the original dentist I had been seeing. To top it off he pulled my tooth without numbing properly and I felt the entire thing and left the practice crying and woozy from the pain. Never in my life have I witnessed such bad practice from a care professional.

i would honestly give 0 stars if I Could, AVOID. The dentists attitude stinks, he gave me a temporary filling for my wisdom tooth and its left me in worse pain( agony)than before going to a private dentist today thank god

recently had a appointment And the Dentist was brilliant cannot fault in anyway Well Done Guys

I was left with a broken tooth with the nerve exposed since May and when he tried to fix it he just didn't know how so sent me home with 6 tube of toothpaste. He did mention that I would need a crown and possibly root canal done but as a last resort. I mean how long was I ment to wait for this work to be done with half of tooth missing? I almost had to beg to have the tooth filed a little so it would not cut my tongue and he seemed almost i was bothering him!!I have since been to another dentist that has told me I need a root canal done and a crown and found another cracked tooth and 2 more fillings that need repairing. And also explained this is a simple procedure that they do very often and basic dentistry. I was left in discomfort, almost laughed at me the staff was not sure what to think. This distressed me very much. I would definitely not raccomend at all.
