I came to the surgery as an interpreter this week and just had to pay my compliments to your receptionist (Matt I believe). My word! The best receptionist Ive ever come across, and Ive encountered a lot of receptionists! How he manages to cope with that amount of people coming to the desk whilst also dealing with a phone that never seemed to stop ringing, whilst also providing knowledgeable advice and support to the patients is beyond me! And all on his own! He brings compassion, professionality and humour to the job with a flare that Ive never seen in anyone before. Your patients seem to adore him and he seems to love giving them his time, whether that be explaining some treatment or just chatting. Plus he seemed to know everybodys names! Give this man a pay rise! With how busy your clinic seemed to be, I think anyone else would have cracked under the pressure. If the boss is reading this, hang on to this one! Super impressed!

Seen other dentists over the years but have never been to one who was as calm and relaxed as I did today. I was nervous after some poor experiences but needn't have been. I needed an extraction which, while it was stubborn to come out, didn't hurt at all. Glad I took my son's advice. Thank you.
I went to see mr mahmood in July for a new bridge as my bridge I had was giving me problems I payed 1,600 i waited 3 weeks with a big gap in my mouth (no temporary bridge was offered ) i finally got the bridge and it wasnt a colour match to my teeth its was yellow , first he told me it was an optical illusion, then said the lab sent the wrong one after waiting another 3 weeks (this time got a temporary bridge ) the fitting is terrible I have a gap were the gum is that a tooth pick can go in one side then come out the others , he told me this was right as theres some were food can come out which is ridiculous, also I have a tooth near the bridge that hurts when food or hot& cold drinks touch it , thats been like that since he started the bridge which he said will calm down , but hasnt , Ive never felt pain like it when he puts the injection in he goes right to the bone , the pain is that bad it lifted me off the chair it was herendous , I will never set foot in that dentist again , and to top it off I had to wait 40 to 45 min after my appointment time each time I went , now 5 months later Im still in pain and an ill fitted bridge he also took out 2 teeth from were my last bridge was which he said was causing my problem , I asked to look at the teeth he took out and they looked ok to me , I think it was to get more money as then I needed more teeth on the bridge , I will be getting a second opinion on the work mohmood done on my teeth and will go to the ombiman about this 16 hundred pound is a lot of money to waste .
Phoned up for an appointment, Matt was really helpful and was very nice on the phone. I wasn't sure about some things and he explained them to me clearly. Brilliant first impression!
