Rude staff and overall very bad experience. Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with! Would not use again or recommend to anyone.

The mother in law, June Skelly phoned this estate agent to view a property and was told they would get back to her,the following day she was still waiting so she rang them again she was told by the agent, im trying to get hold of the vendor, on the 3rd day they rang her up to say some one viewed the property and has put an offer in 5 days earlier which they knew about, she found this estate agent very unprofessional and would not recommend using this company as they do not give you true information, and waste your time.
I don't know who own this place but I never before faced such a rude and unprofessional behavior while trying to make an attempt to gain an information about the property I was interested . I believe the owner called himself Mark should work on his manners . Very bad and unpleasant experience . Simply avoid it !!! Ps Response from the owners is a lie .
Went through Mark and the team at Harrison's as Letting Agents for my property. Couldn't fault them on anything. Made the process so straightforward. Very happy with everything. Highly Recommended!
