after 20+ calls this company doesn't even phone you back after promising to.I wouldn't even trust them to sell a tin can !!
Used Sell A House Online to sell my house last year. I went for the No Sale No Fee option which cost 999 on completion and included the free legal fees. Had lots of viewing and sold my house within the month excellent service from start to finish would definitely recommend.
I sold my property with them in January this year and it was a really quick process. I was shocked but impressed with the time frame they sold my house in. Communication was great, they were always leaving me messages to make sure we did get in touch. Overall really helpful, definitely recommend!
I used these to list my property but i wouldn't use them again. They did get people round, but i put that down to being on Rightmove. When it came to feedback i found them shocking, terrible communication, poor feedback and overall a poor service received. I left various messages for people to return my call to with no response. A chap named Mike seemed to be the only person that had a genuine interest.I wouldn't use or recommend them
