Coming from a company that is so passionate about customer service, I strongly believe that when good customer service is given, it should be complimented. Megan the customer relationship manager, has been so helpful with all my problems I have had over the past few months, nothing is too much trouble for her, at all. She is lovely and so easy to talk to, by far the saving grace of the whole operation, she was the only one that really cared about my issues and wanted to resolve them.
I went into the Bury branch a couple of weeks ago. Spoke with Andy who helped me find a car they had. I looked at it the day later as it was getting dark. Took it for a test drive a day later & drove it away that same day. Very friendly team. I sorted my own finance out . They took my car off my hands. I love my new (to me) car. I have heard different stories but i gave them a chance & they certainly delivered a good service for me. Thank you care time. I love my kia Right car at the right time x
Fantastic experience from the start to finish. Travelled down and the car was out in front ready for inspection. All paperwork was went through and I was away within an hour. I dealt with Lee who was fantastic in completing the sale to my satisfaction. I would definitely go back for my next car.
Do not trust their reviews as they offer a complimentary 10 shopping voucher for some customers who leave a good review. But even after I wrote it they refused to provide me with a voucher and offered to drive to their base so they can put 10 worth fuel in instead and I am not even local so that doesn't make sense for me to drive there and back. After explaining my situation no one got back to me. The customer service was good up until this point.
