AVOID. Most people here are not paying for treatments.. if you are even though a NHS price is fixed in brackets for treatments, they will con you into paying for visit after visit when nothing is actually done. Constantly trying to milk money from you whilst providing a substandard service.
Been twice now. First time they made me feel very welcome as I was very nervous. Second time absolutely awful. They couldn't remember how much the costs was which we agreed on. They didn't care that when doing my filling that I was in pain. I also paid for a deep clean and polish which he cut all my gums. They also had a trainee in with them which they didn't even tell me. He just kept shouting at her and was very irritated and rushed which felt like he was taking it out on my mouth. They wasn't even cleaning up after themselves. Took the bib off me half way through so spit, water etc was flying all over me. When finished they didn't give me anything to clean my face and let me walk out covered in tooth paste and what not. I felt absolutely humiliated. Not even a month after getting my new filling I'm in so much pain. Clearly don't care about the customers just care about getting the job done (very poorly) and getting paid. Total sham.
He did not have a problem once. But recently I did not have a nice experience with your doctor, he did it quickly and everything fell out of his hands. After the visit of 3 days I had a sore spot
I have recently joined this practice and already had several visits due to emergency molar extraction. There was complications during procedure and post. The dentists were fantastic and provided the best service and care I could possibly ask. They monitored the post treatment difficulties closely; arranging weekly visits to ensure my wound was healing. Dr Ahmed and Dr Sarfraz are very competent dentists!!!I am so glad I joined the practice; extended appreciation also to the dental nurses and reception staff - helpful and polite ....
I am writing this review just to let potential patients who are wheelchair users know that this dentists is completely inaccessible in almost every way humanly possible. There is no way unless you have any capacity to walk you're getting in here. You should find a better dentists that you can actually get into and be welcome at. That aside, the treatment is actually very good my dentist was great, and would recommend if you're able to bypass the shredded pavement, the step to entrance and the flight of stairs.
